What is the true market value of the home you are interested in? Is it priced too high? Is it a bargain that you should jump on? I provide the most current data for you to make the best decision on a purchase.
Negotiating with sellers can be stressful. I will help you negotiate, so that the final contract includes your best possible terms and conditions.
You should know as much as possible about the property you are buying! You and I will view every home that you are interested in, together. I'm also able to provide recommendations on inspections available to you as well as provide a list of trusted licensed contractors to do those inspections.
I monitor the deadlines, follow up on every aspect including communicating with your lender to make sure we are on track, and keep you informed of any changes
I attend your closing to make sure the HUD is correct and that all documentation necessary is provided. I do a final walk through prior to closing with you to make sure the home is in expected condition and all inspection items have been completed.
I do a follow up just after move in to make sure all is well and there are no issues that need to be handled. I will continue to keep in touch so you have a life long resource for licensed professionals, continued updates on the local real estate market, and educational material valuable to local homeowners.
